Cooling with compresed air Xzec's thread about cooling with a refrigerator or freezer made me remember this website about vortex coolers which use compressed air and seperate it into hot and cold components:The cold stream of air being as cold as 46c and as little as 1 scfm. But the vortex coolers seem to actually be in use. There are alot of professional it types around the forum working for some big outfits with alot of equipment:Has anyone ever seen these"Maxwell's christian louboutin escarpin demons"At work? We use air knives at work to remove water from plastic bags and they are pretty loud, these things probably christian louboutin chaussures pas cher are too.And they are expensive. I have worked with compressed air coolers, the air must be dried and filtered going into the cooler. You will still have condensation form if run for extended periods of time, enough to actually form ice balls that shoot out of the nozzle. When used for momentary spot cooling as in a cooling lbtinaussures station in an automated assembly line they work fine. The cabinet coolers must be used with an airtight enclosure, these would be your best bet but they are loud and expensive. You also have to add the cost and noise of an air compressor.
